Indigo Turkiye Overall In One Year

On November 13th 2003, in order to bring the Indigo Children together, and also to educate the parents of Indigo and Crystal children in Turkey, a Yahoo group named “Indigoturks” was founded. The group was named “Indigo Turkiye” (Indigo Turkey), and in February, another group called Kristal Cocuklar (Crystal Children) was also founded. We now have more than 400 members.
To educate the parents and to bring the Indigos together, we have organized more than 12 meetings within one year. We have meditated and performed energy work and also given seminars in different places throughout Turkey. In Natural Life fairs in Turkey, we have given out information about our Yahoo group.
Our volunteer translator friends have translated articles about Indigos, Crystals and the new energy from such web sites as starchild.co.za. Our documents and translations have been published in spiritual magazines in Turkey such as X, New Age, Ucuncu Goz and Aktuel. In Hurriyet, which is Turkey’s best-selling newspaper, our interviews have also been published. We have created our own website named indigoturkiye.org. By hosting discussions and sharing in our Yahoo group, our awareness has been raised. Not only for the Indigos, but the parents too. We've had lots of experience for developing our spiritual life. This group has not just stayed as a discussion forum, but has become a living workshop for members.
On a one-to-one basis, we've paid attention and given support to parents who have conflicts with their children. We have discussed medications such as Ritalin, which have been given to children by psychiatrists in Turkey, and about how they can have adverse effects on the children. The parents, who are now aware of these possible side effects, have stopped giving these medications to their children. We are still giving seminars about Indigo and Crystal children in different places within Turkey.
In the future, we would like to be an NGO (nongovernmental organization), and we are thinking of creating an education system for Indigo and Crystal children, opening a day care center and publishing a magazine in Turkey like “Children Of The New Earth”.

INTRODUCING MEHMET KARAASLAN
I was born and raised in Marmaris, a seaside city in Turkey. When I was 17, I was feeling different than most of my friends. In 1999, I became interested in Spiritualism and the New Energy Phenomenon. It was my mother who introduced me to the books of Kryon and Neale Donald Walsch's Conversation With God. Reading the books of Kryon, I became aware in a short time and I went through a lot of reminders.
For my university education, I went to Istanbul and lived far from my parents. This change was a big turning point in my life. When I was alone, I read lots of books to improve myself. I met with the Indigo phenomenon in 2001. While passing through the third dimension awareness to fifth dimension, I realized that the Indigo and Crystal Children were the keys, so I began to search for more information. In November 2003, I founded a group about Indigo Children. My goal is to connect Indigos and their parents. The group's members have increased in a way that I could not have imagined. With the new members, I met lots of new environments. I got close to some friends whom I thought had the same frequency as mine. Those that I met on the Internet became my work and my private life. I founded an Admin group to connect the other moderators of my group, and also to create a “One Being” amongst my friends.
